who we are

aspasios, which means "welcome" in Greek, is a young company created to offer high standard apartment rentals in the heart of Barcelona. We are specialised in renting from three nights till several months, and provide extra services in order to make corporate housing or a holiday stay even more comfortable.

We carefully select our apartments on the basis of location, design and quality, but our strength lies in a thoughtful customer service with attention to all possible needs. Our staff has a multicultural background with experience in tourist, real-estate and legal matters, and has travelled enough to have learned personally which elements are essential to feel at home in a different city.

aspasios' team is

  • Ann Sleebus. She was born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium. After studying Romance Philology and a Master in Media and Information Science at the University of Louvain, she gained her first experience at the marketing department of an important Belgian touroperator. Afterwards she travelled extensively for several years from La Havana to Beijing and from Oslo to Sydney, organising international medical congresses for the Dutch Akzo Nobel company. After backpacking for a year through Latin-America, she ended up in Barcelona, the cradle of her love for the Mediterranean. Ann has also been working as an official guide for Catalonia.
  • Ezequiel Salzberg. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in a family with Centro-European roots. At the age of seven his wider family moved to Barcelona, where he grew up and later on he obtained a law degree. He also studied a Master in Public Management as well as one in Business Administration at the renowned business school ESADE. His professional background is in operations in non-industrial organisations, both in the public and private sector.
