Aspasios offers an exclusive selection of serviced apartments in Barcelona.

Our apartments have been carefully chosen on the basis of location, design and quality. They have been specially designed to make expatriates and business travellers feel at home in a new city. Aspasios apartments in Barcelona are located near the city centre and business areas (Les Corts – Diagonal, Eixample, Poble Nou - districte 22@) or residential areas (Pedralbes, Sarrià, Sant Gervasi, Gràcia). Apart from quality furniture and equipment and an atmosphere of tranquillity, most of our apartments offer internet access, direct telephone line, LCD TV and international TV channels. Other services are available upon request: airport transfer, food baskets, cleaning and laundry as well as laptop and mobile phone rental.

Aspasios does not only act as a link between tenants and owners: we totally manage our properties and take direct care of check-in/out operations, cleaning and maintenance services.

We have tailored the following commercial terms in order to meet the needs of our corporate customers:

• No contract or agency fee expenses
• Water, energy and internet costs included in the rental price (provided customer makes a reasonable use)
• No security deposit (however, commitment to cover damages caused to the apartment or its furniture is required, up to a maximum of 500 euros)
• Reservations on-line or by telephone
• Special discounts according to the volume of bookings and of the length of stay
• Monthly invoicing and payment
• Payment through credit card or bank transfer

Our accommodation services include:

• Welcome in English, Spanish, Catalan, German, French or Dutch

• Information on activities/events taking place in the city available in the apartments and on the website
